i was comparing the white's tdi video with that of the aquamanta A1 where both detectors detect the gold ring with two iron nails across the ring
which seem very similar in operation.

Sorry Dave, my workload is such that I post when I can, which ain't often. The Manta is derived from the Goldscan/TDI line of designs so it has similarities. But it does some things differently, which I can't discuss just yet, as it is a product we have in development at First Texas.

Hi carl...at the time i was just fasinated to see the manta A1 and GS5/TDI do the same trick with the gold ring and nails...using a microprocessor to automate things as in the manta is a very cleaver idea.
