Does anyone have an idea how to make electromagnetic drill wave ?

Do you mean circular polarity? Connection to the satellite is beneficial and there are small antennas. To the ground you would have to have a minimum of 2 pairs of 2 coils with phase shift, something on the way the electric motor works. There is still a method of quick switching. The fundamental question: will this give an additional effect?

I do not know whether to add effect but I'll try! Yes I meant circular polarity ,fast switching I have to analyze more...By the way, that's what I thought of two or three windings which would achieve the effect circular polarity !Even though I have another idea how to create circular effect, but I wanted to hear other opinions as well.
