In this forum there is topic eclipse, where he placed the archive with materials on Musketer (yes, I searched very well before creating this topic). But, like many other materials, most are lost due to unstable photo sharing sites. Most of the information is now dead.

Huge heartfelt thanks. This is a real help. And it just infuriates that most of the material is not available. I'm downloading.
However, I would like to note that File Deposit is a file sharing service with a limited storage period. There are much better ones with long term storage. Otherwise, a new applicant will arrive soon, and will find nothing but invalid links.
