Freso, you know more about this than anyone else on the forum. Tell us on what principles it works. No one can possibly design such a device based only on a bad video.

Thanx ivconic I already contacted the guy who made this in the past and he is super busy.. also he is an inventor someone from another planet he did mention the device that he got the pcb from but he tald me to contact soneone else to make it because he is super busu and he doesnt answer every question and here it is the device he got from the pcb.

Even if I have zero knowledge I still can help also I know the model of the device we can get the pcb from

The only thing I know that the man who made it said that it has a very powerful circuit and he controlled that circuit using Precision Variable Resistor Potentiometer like the ones on this video.. also mybe he add more capacitors

All you have are some bad videos of what is likely a fake device. It's the same as if you watched "Star Trek" and then asked people to help you design a teleporter. No one can possibly do that.

Hi Freso,

interesting to watch the videos but do not waste your time on it. On the last video from post #25 you can see clearly that it is a FAKE video. The movement of the target does not match with the respond of the target LED on the PCB. That is probably the reason why the guy is so busy and has no time to make a PCB or want to answer questions.
Beside that, the PCB looks like one of the Russian made DIY Kits with the ATMEL controller that you can find ready made for a few Dollars on eBay.
