Simultaneous Multifrequency TX

I am thinking of making a simultaneous multifrequency VLF detector using the Stm32h750 MCU.
Initially, I am planning to implement 3 freqs (5, 15 and 40khz), for example.
Do you recommend me to generate de TX waveform using PWM or DAC?

Pretty much everyone uses PWM.
