I would be happy with 50cm for coin because I go to the beach a lot and things are usually buried deep (coins and rings ) .So practically speaking I would love to see something that can do it ...Is there anything on the forum we can make that can go to those depths ...because where I am I am the only one with pi detector every onelse is vlf and the beaches are still hiding their stuff

This is a very good point. There is a video somewhere on youtub, of another Nokta detector, that shows this horribly slow recovery time.Originally posted by peroon View PostBut.....there is always some "but"... Atlantis Imperator II suffers from horrible slow recovery speed! Horrible! When iron pliers and 1e coin were placed on soil, 30cm away from each other, A.Imperator II was not able to detect coin!!!??? Neither pliers!

It is not impossible; to detect coin at 70cm in air...not at all.
Another machine i seen capable was Atlantis Imperator II. I had it, i tested it and i saw it in many aspects. Atlantis Imperator II easilly detects 1e coin at 55-60cm in air with no falses at all. At the same time Disc preset was at "7" and totally rejected iron pliers. Also in soil results were astonishing. Not same as in the air, but also very, very good. Much better than all other models i have been seen so far. But.....there is always some "but"... Atlantis Imperator II suffers from horrible slow recovery speed! Horrible! When iron pliers and 1e coin were placed on soil, 30cm away from each other (simillar to Norfolk Wolf tests), A.Imperator II was not able to detect coin!!!??? Neither pliers!
So...it is possible Nokta to detect coin at 70cm, why not? But as Qiaozhi suggested; before any buy, man have to take it in hands and perform some more serious testing.

Kellyco wouldnt be selling it with false advertising would they.I mean if i was to buy one and right now I am really impressed yes I would be taking a gamble on their honesty.Because where I am I dont think I could get a refund it the claims were untrue .this is why we need poeple who have used the detectors to tell us of their opinion

I did not actually see a demonstration where a coin was detected at 70cm. The man on the video may have said that, but he never showed it. All the demonstrations show a large (presumably metal) plate, which could quite likely be a passive resonant circuit set up to give maximum response at the receiver.Originally posted by Micheal View PostI have had a look at the website and downlaoded the video and the Nokta machines are look absolutely awsome...why are poeple rubishing it I dont understand the gentleman on the vidoe says it pics up a coin from seventy centimteres gauranteed thats pretty impressive to me and the demo looks really impressive and I cant see anything misleading or deceptive .I think at the moment I want to get my hands on one ,I would LOVE to see a video of the MDL8500 That raised a few eyebrows the gentleman is going on about in a previos post and then I will believe him ..untill then that sounds like rubbish to me...The video of the nokta meta106ps seems very clear with every description .Like every other soul in the planet obviously they want to make a living . Hes not hiding anything as far as depth test is going and seems that very few minerals seem to affect its depth and operation (I am really really impressed).I would love to see some BIG NAME detector companies put such videos on their websites so we know what we are buying but I have checked some manufacturers and none have such videos of thier products.I would really like to buy one of these machines I have not seen anything that comes close to this detector....I dont think it is pulse induction ,they are using some other technolgy on the website they mention tank technology. Is this a new technolgy of some kind .I wonder how it is in the salt water .If anybody owns one of these machines please give us some more information on the detector please.
The advert and videos are far too light on technical details, and I don't think you can take either of them at face value.
Michael - if you are really wanting one of these detectors, then please get a face-to-face demonstration first, using real targets. I would hate to see you throw away your hard-earned money on something that does not work as advertised.

Yes, the trip to USA was twice in the past!Originally posted by Max View PostHi,
another LRL science-fiction ??? I'm sure you're happy... again.
Cause you can claim all the MD and LRL genius for Paraguay people... why not, expecially your relative V. Alonso.
But... till someone will provide proofs of a real working LRL... all that posts will be just a silly game here... and till now I don't know of anyone that proved that LRL works in double-blind test or challenge stuff.
So... first take an air ticket to US... show that I'm wrong...in a public demonstration with double blind test and educate observers... then claim the fame for you and Paraguay.
In that case I will have nothing to say.
But you always make inversions in that order... you wanna fame first... then don't show anything too. That will produce humor and sarcasm !
Kind regards,
Max
I offer (was offered in another thread) other trip but:
1. Free tickets with return
2. Food and hotel (cheap) free
3. Movility free (van, etc.)
All the above for 2 persons.
Some wine for to celebrate too!
For only US$ 50,000. You can be a group of 10-15 and can to join this sum between you.
Or you pretend to see gratis?
(Your prejudice doesn't have limit! Your problem is if in Paraguay some people can do it, not mine!)
Regards

I have had a look at the website and downlaoded the video and the Nokta machines are look absolutely awsome...why are poeple rubishing it I dont understand the gentleman on the vidoe says it pics up a coin from seventy centimteres and the company gaurantees it does have that sensitivity thats pretty impressive to me and the demo looks really impressive and I cant see anything misleading or deceptive .There is a feature that will tell you if it is gold or not which should be good for nugget hunters (I wonder how sensitive it is on gold nuggets).I think at the moment I want to get my hands on one ,I would LOVE to see a video of the MDL8500 That raised a few eyebrows the gentleman is going on about in a previos post and then I will believe him ..nobody has seen a video of the mdl8500 yet you all belive him...The video of the nokta meta106ps seems very clear with every description .Like every other soul in the planet obviously they want to make a living . brute-force push-pull will see much ghosts... faint signals... detecting caves in soil... you'd better use a PI.
As always... bad advice from you!

OK guys ... this a technical forum, and this thread is supposed to be discussing Nokta detectors.
Please refrain from posting propaganda and taunting other members.

Poor ???? What ?
Who said that ?
Maybe today is another story...about money and oil stuff etc... cause of wars... but Iraq is one of the most important EVER place in the world.
Had enormous treasures still there, under the sand... that wait to be recovered and showed to the world.
Iraq is the "TH's heaven" rank #2 place just after Egypt I think.
About Turkey... same stuff... has really long and important history... so enormous treasures too!
These are GOOD PLACES... any serious TH must know!

Hi kt315,
Let me clarify one thing. I am agree with you on Nokta detectors. They are absolutely fraud sellers.
My objection is sometimes your messages are meaningless. I think you are using translation software like erolunall.
P.S. I am on the revolution and democracy side but not Soros and America sponsored pseudo democracy.
