Fisher 1265X Problem

Hi to all. New member here. Having problem with a Fisher 1265X. No audio even when pushing battery test button. I measure 12v at the on\off switch. As soon as I turn the detector on, the 12v at the switch drops to about 1.2 volts. Any help much appreciated.

Thanks Qiaozhi. Maybe I can check a few of the components on the 12v rail with the help of this schematic.
