.....dont spend your money yet

The so called "spectrum" analyzer is only a filter bank ... you will still have to do the DSP to figure out the phase and amplitude ... if you are going to do that then you may as well implement the filter in DSP as well ...

As for the "silicon oscillator" .... there are a plethora of cheap DDS chips that would do the same job ... or do that in the DSP code also.
