Resistors and Symbols in DP Schematic

I am looking in to dp rev 5.0 schematic dated 2019.20.03 by kt315. I don't see R45, R46, R48, R49, R50, R51. Why?
Also what the symbols like GND, =E, -E, +E, -BAT, =12V mean?

GND -E +E -12V are test points (and Net Name) and points for connection of DP2 indicator . -BAT is socket pin for connection of battery.
if there are not R45, R46 .... it is mean there are not. do not exist. or you need i would give you Part List of Hammerhead with absent resistors' and caps'
reference designators? some reserve on future.
why i used = instead (-). because (-) in P-CAD is forbidden symbol.
