Hey Carl, I can't seem to zero out pins 2 and 3 of ic8. Everything up to this point has been ok. Any clues as to this. What should I look for. I think all my values are right. I'm following your directions but am clueless. Voltage across 2 and 3 is 2.15 and adjusting r23 changes absolutly nothing. I can adjust r18 to zero out tp4 but nothing with r23. I'm a newbie. Thanks again.

Sorry v across pins 1and2 is 0v and can 't be varied by R23 v at pin 2 of ic8 is 2.15v and the same on pin 3. -

Probably not. You need to start with the TX circuit and systematically probe the signals in your circuit. START A NEW THREAD and post pictures of your signals. Then maybe we can help.
