Just kidding. Most of DMM are unable to handle AC at 15kHz, but try it with all your DMMs in AC mode and you will see if any is capable... The same case is pin 6 (/16) of CD4024, which should be square wave (0 to 8V). If your DMM has frequency counter mode, you should measure something around 15000/16 = 938 Hz. Or just check pin 3 (/128 ), where you should see around 15000/128 = 117 Hz, any DMM with frequency counter should be able to measure this. But it tells you nothing about Tx voltage and sinwave purity.
