what are the ways to shield spiral coils or basket coils ? scotch / graphite ?

Hi Kt315,
I mean graphite paint or scotch 24.
I have not seen/found any way how to shield spiral/basket coils. Many info is available on the simple mono coils - like graphite paints, scotch, copper foil etc.
Just curious to know what's the ideal way to shield spiral & basket coils ? Can graphite paint or scotch 24 be applied to spiral coil /basket coil too??

Graphite paint.. I usually apply to the inside of a shell and attach a drain wire. I have used graphite Coated paper as well..
I recently purchased a generic graphite paint for guitar shielding that works great. It?s thick enough that you can embed a drain wire. A couple kohms per square..

Should I connect the drain wire to the other end of coil directly or should it be connected all the way to the PCB housing shield ?

COLD wire coil end is connected to THE shield layer INSIDE the housing.
