The circuit board's trace layout doesn't look professionally made. It looks like it came straight from an autorouter software. JCLPCB manufacturer your PCB based on the data what you provide. They will not tell you whether your PCB layout is good or not.

Any new news for Deep Force? The roots from this "new" PTS (Pulse Technology + Sinusoidal) technology are in US07078906 patent from year 2004, further improved in US8629677 by Early (2011) and in US9285496 (2013) by Carl Moreland. These patents paved the way to modern hybrid technology.

The Battery Charger included with the REX DeepForce is simple look like a ordinary USB cable that can be plugged into phone chargers, power banks, solar MPPT controller chargers with USB typeA ports for charging, e.t.c power sources 5V/0,5A. Stefan (CEO Mikron) mentioned that the built in LiIon battery is 7 amps (8.4V), and for me the charge was about 5 hours. This time will obviously vary depending on what charger is used, it's not bad to keep in mind?
"The charging time will not be shortened, no matter how powerful the adapter is connected. It is slower, but it is a fairly universal solution, because you can use any USB for charging - a network adapter, a computer, a laptop, a solar panel, a 12V adapter from a car cigarette lighter, and also a Power bank, with which, by the way, it can continue to work even after the battery is completely discharged.
The Smart Pulse kit also includes such chargers, only the first 20 or so were initially equipped with 220V chargers
It often happens that after someone has received the detector, they call and ask where the charger is, thinking that it is just a connecting cable. The 5V-> 8.4V converter, as well as the automation, are inside the USB connector. While charging, it lights up red, and when fully charged, it lights up green and stops charging." - Mikron answer.

Hi Hristo,
If the cells are PANASONIC MH12210 type (as viewing on the picture), the capacity is 2.9AHs (according the datasheet) and if the power supply DC source is 5V 0.5A (popular cheap USB charge AC/DC charger), and if the second additional DC/DC adapter haves 100% efficiency, the time for full charge of all 4 pcs LiPo accus have to be 2.9AHs/0.125A = 23.2hours. It is too much time to charge if you want to use the unit for the next day. The optimum solution of the power supply is one of the hardest task in every electronic unit. In this case, the more good solution is to use 24V AC/DC adapter for charge these 4pcs. LiPo accus in reasonable time with according charge solution.
