I plan to use it as charger for 4 cells (Li-Ion 3.4 v) in series.

It appears to be 33volt 5 watts , but only use it with an isolation transformer thats a very dangerous circuit feeding a straight 220 volts into it, there are better circuits around

If one of those Bridge Diodes takes a spike and turns wire things could get ugly touching the connector.

Tested and proven...for 3 batterries in series just dont include the last two..

li-ion sells is not charging in series.

The service buying online does not exist in my country. for that reason i want to build it with my self.
