    Hi.
    Try this way :
Paste the jpg file into the Google drive. (https://drive.google.com/drive/my-drive).
Open the file with Google Docs, directly in the drive. This will make an OCR.

In the tab Tools , of google docs, select traduce, and the language you want.

    It s done.

    Not perfect, but fast..
Google Drive and Docs, makes free OCR. The file must be well scanned for better results.

My friend is on holiday at the moment, and said it could some time to translate, so he's suggested using the Pleco app. This a Chinese dictionary that also has a live OCR facility. You just point your mobile phone at the text, and it will do the translation.

I downloaded Pleco onto my Android tablet, but it says that OCR is a payable option, so you'll have to decide how important it is for you to get the translation. As with all apps, it's probably not expensive. My friend says he uses it all the time as an alternative to trawling through the Chinese directory for hours on end.

A Google translator can translate entire pages of Chinese. Works perfectly. Also translated from Chinese to Russian. Install it and use it!

I have a DSO 138 from days gone past. It works fine for all I listed above . Just not nearly as handy to use as the DSO 150. One thing with the DSO 150 is it's more persnickety on the power source then the 138. The 138 will run with just 6v and the 150 will not. Needs Two 9v batteries or AA battery block with 9v. Current hungry I guess. Some day I'll measure it . Maybe ??

DO NOT measure strait off the coil. The DSO150 is limited to like 20P/P on the input. Handy for looking at your Sample Delay signal. The Freq Counter function is handy. It Can produce a 1K square wave test signal good for chasing audio issues. Good at letting you see noise issues on the signal train. For the Price $21.00 shipped here in the U.S. they are well worth it.
I built the earlier DSO 138 just for fun and practice surface mount soldering.

Found it quite useful being mobile. Used it to test car sensors

The increase resolution of the DSO150 from 10mV/div - 5V/div to 5mV/div - 20V/div should extend its usability.

If I was to build one again I would pay the extra and get the kit with the outer shell
