Found a pic of aReg Snif TDI board need help.

So I've been asking around for info on Reg's threshold mod. Everyone told me the didn't know the circuit he used and finally a guy that goes by SnakeJim on detector prospecter was kind enough to take his TDI that Reg moded and take pics. I was hoping someone could ID that yellow circuit board?

It's custom-made. Jim has sent me that very TDI to look at, I will then write up what all the mods are.

And also how are the samplers controlled by the processor?
I see two transistors per channel - how is this done?
