Has anyone took the Deus 2 audio jack module for the ws6 puck and hard wired it into a set of full size headphones for true wireless operation without the coiled headphone cord seems pretty straightforward in theory but might be more difficult than a few soldered in wires, anyway if someone has done that and it worked please let me know how it worked and if there’s anything to be aware of while modifying, thanks

It's quite simple; I did it with a WS4 for a Deus, and the principle is the same.
Take an audio module (same as ORX, Deus, Deus 2), remove the jack plug, and solder two wires to the back.
I countersunk three existing holes in the module to accommodate three stainless steel countersunk screws (M2.5x8mm).
They protrude slightly to allow the WS4 to clip into place.
A Bakelite plate was cut to fit inside the WS4 (it's slightly smaller than the audio module in width and length).
I made a square notch in the Bakelite that corresponds to the four solder points on the back and the cable entry point.
The connection is very simple: a positive and a negative. Generally, the positive terminal is on the right when looking at the back of a speaker.9 Photos
