In using 2n7000, you can apply it ! Pls check the position of leads !

The LED in the film of Rodrigo is connected to the auido output.
And yes, you can use BC547B - no idea about 2N7000.

I understand that BC549B can be replaced with BC547B, or you can apply 2n7000 to this mosfet.?????

Also, the coupling elco on pin 12 for the audio signal is reverse polarized.
Looks like you have an old Arionas layout - before he fixed all the initial errors.

The LM318 mask is upside down. The traces around it are OK.
Pin 8 and 9 of the PIC16F1824 should be shorted.
