What do you mean with "sensitivity decreases" ?
Was the sensitivity OK and has it dropped ?
Has the detector worked OK ? or is this the first time you test it ?
Can you adjust the sensitivity potmeter between 0-5V ?

Can you show a picture of your actual board ( front and back ) ? The picture you show is the one from my website.

Nothing wrong with the Pickini4, great little detector! It found me a gold ring with diamonds at just over 12 inches! Hope you're fit and well Bernard! Regards, Marty.

Why don't you just post the circuits and procedures here? Why make it so long, you've never seen a circuit diagram, you've never seen a 3, you've never seen a 4, why not make a Felezjoopi, which is hundreds of times better than this toy

If you are looking for bigger objects at larger depths, consider building a simple fluxgate magnetometer
    like this one:

    or a kit from:
FG Sensors offers 1-axis and 3-axis fluxgate sensors, professional and drone magnetometer kits, gradiometers, and DIY magnetometers.

Here is an example of a larger coil mounted on a cart, to detect WW1 UXO at greater depth with Pickini.

To answer your other questions, you will have to build all these detectors and find out what works best for your purposes.
