No , I personally use some PCB designed for Chance 1. Simply, 2nd Chance had the begin from Chance 1

Every pure PI detector is static one.
I did not see any dynamic PI and I do not believe to see it.

Ripsdevala gave you an example of motion PI's: surfpi, pickini, barracuda etc.. So I don't know how you "can't see any dynamic pi"
