Yes, there is probably contact between tracks. Check with a multimeter for a possible short circuit.

You are doing something wrong or you have connected some lines at some point during soldering. Get a better soldering iron for electronics, not for construction gutters. Or some of your components are faulty. What doesn't work? As we can all see, you haven't soldered everything yet and you claim that it doesn't work.
