    Adjust delay better.

If it's on "1" then it is no wonder.
    Check it on "2", "3", "4"...

    How can you not see???
If there had not been this unfortunate misunderstanding between Orbit and me; PS2 documentation would never be posted on the forum!
Or at least not so soon.
The forum got the complete PS2 documentation just because Orbit and I had a argue.

    Orbit,
I can only conclude one thing from your post; that this is all one big unfortunate misunderstanding.
And mistakes made by me and you too, because we remained vague in our communication.
What you wrote in the last post is probably correct.
I can confirm that only the part related to me is correct.
Yes, you gave me those files. I'm not denying that. Thank you for that.
Later you even wrote me some tips on how to make the detector work better. And that is true.
But I really did get those files a couple of years ago from a friend in Turkey.
When I got the files from you afterwards; I just wanted to compare them, check for any errors and discrepancies, that's all.
I have made 2,3 maybe 4 PS2 copies so far. I sold them at a very low price.
Because here in Serbia you cannot sell detectors in larger quantities or for higher prices.
You yourself know what the situation is here, it is very difficult, there are many detectors, there is a lot of competition.
I gave up any "business" with detectors a long time ago. I no longer consider it a serious business.
I only work on my magnetometer and occasionally I go out to meet some customers to do a small circuit for them.
I do not deny your words, what you wrote in the last post.
I was not by your side to know what happened and how it all happened.
I believe you are telling the truth.
I can only vouch for what I personally experienced.
And when I tell you that a friend from Turkey sent me those files before you; Feel free to believe me, I have no reason to lie.
I hesitated to start building that detector right away and left those files in an archive on my disk.
A few years later you and I were talking about various topics and at one point it somehow ended up as the topic of PS2.
You said that you have all the files and that you successfully made the detector.
I looked for the files for you if I would make a detector too. You gave me those files.
In addition, you gave me advice on some details.
I also built the first detector.
Many years later, I also sent a PS2 to the Chinese in a "package" of several projects.
He made it and advertised it on Aliexpress.
    I didn't get a cent from that.
Whether he sold a piece or not, I don't know.
I don't know if he even made a cent from it or not.
The Chinese and I focused on the sensor and magnetometer work.
Everything else is collateral, less important and we were not too interested.
If you thought that the Chinese guy and I got rich selling PS2 on Aliexpress... you're wrong, I personally didn't get a single cent from it.
Nor did I ask the Chinese any questions about it. Because I wasn't interested in that.
Part of your story is true and I confirm. I cannot confirm other parts of your story because it is about your collaborations with other people and I had no insight into that.
I do not question what you wrote.
Why do you question what I keep repeating; that I got those files from a Turk a few years before you sent me some files?
    What's the problem?
    Am I lying?
    Why would I lie?
What is the point of lying?
Lying will not bring me any benefit or money.
And even if there was a chance for me to earn something from it; I wouldn't lie.
For God's sake, I'm an old man, I'm 60 years old!
I don't care about such things anymore.
Orbit, I will repeat, you visited me as a friend, we talked for a couple of hours, I understood you as a very good, smart and hardworking person.
And when you left me, I had very good impressions of you.
And we continued to correspond via Viber a couple of years later.
    In the best order.
You suddenly got angry when you saw a PS2 on Aliexpress!?
    Why?
Then why didn't you ask me personally via Viber why and how it happened?
Instead, you wrote a lot of angry things about me here on the forum. I was taken aback and astonished.
I don't see the slightest reason for quarrels, insults, threats.
I'm just sorry that you got angry at a time when we started working together well.
I had plans with you too. I had plans for us to work on some things together.
But you got angry and just turned me off.
I think you got it all wrong and it's a misunderstanding.
Understand one thing; it's not just you, nor just me, someone who is trying to copy and clone some device.
There are a million of them in the world.
    I have more PS2 documentation.
I have a more accurate schematic and pcb as well as an SMD version of the pcb.
I got that from my good friend from Bulgaria.
But out of respect for him and without his permission; I will never publish it or give it to anyone.
I have 54Gb of various works on the archive disk.
Over 50% of it is the work of other people. None of this has been published.
If I ever want to publish any of it; I WILL FIRST seek permission from whoever gave it to me.
I have the same attitude towards you.
If I ever want to give something to someone or make it public, and I got it from you; I will ask your permission first.
Of course, that won't happen. Especially after such experiences.
And also for the reason that I have long since left the story about the production of metal detectors.
Because that job doesn't pay here in Serbia.
And my additional experiences with a man from China tell me that I will probably never accept such arrangements again.
Orbit, you are too "quick" in anger and in making decisions.
Sometimes you have to stop and think.
Sometimes life plays tricks on us.
Sometimes incredible coincidences happen that can create unnecessary problems like this.
I am no longer a person who wants problems or causes problems for others.
I turned to a completely different life.
I come to the forum out of habit. I like to help people. I like to share with people.
KT315 and I have had a "million" fights so far.
But I posted pcbs and sch mostly because of him. Because I see that he has a great desire to have that information.
And he waited too long. And the PS2 is no longer a "hot" project, it no longer matters to anyone and is no longer a "commercial" thing.
I didn't post this to harm you, anger you, provoke you... no, I only posted this because of KT315. He waited too long.

    - An author from Germany designs and builds a PS2 detector. 30 and more years ago.
    - The detector was good for that time, it caused great interest.
    - For years, now for decades, people have been trying to clone that detector. Many people I know either personally or indirectly.
    - I don't divide people by nationality or country. I'm not generalizing. I have good friends all over the world.
I have the most good friends in Bulgaria and Turkey. The largest number of cooperation and exchange of works and files I do with people from Bulgaria and Turkey.
    - Over the years, I received a lot of schematics, pcbs and information from people in those exchanges.
    - I got the PS2 files from a good friend from Turkey. And a few years later I got some files from you too.
    - My only "sin" is probably that I didn't tell you then that I had those files. I considered it irrelevant, that's why I didn't tell you.
    - You gave me some more files for some other projects. Do you remember?
You gave me both a schematic and a pcb from your personal work, remember?
Have I ever misused it and published it somewhere?
    Of course I didn't.
When I want to publish something; before that I very clearly ask for permission.
I didn't publish your personal works, your detector, because I don't have your permission. Nor did I think I should publish it.
In this case you are terribly wrong, you have no idea how much.
Maybe you're angry because I didn't tell you that I had the PS2 files from before?
    Ok, that's my fault then.
But that is not a sufficient reason for your behavior.
Orbit... I still think you're a good man deep down. But for some reason you are too aggressive and you burn too quickly.
I think you should work a little on controlling that over-the-top temper of yours.
What are we arguing about here?
    About someone else's 30-year-old detector?!
About a detector that can be sold as a diy once every couple of years!?
    For very little money.
Do you think that all this is worth this kind of argument and so many insults?
While other people cooperate and prosper; here we are the worst at resenting each other and arguing over completely irrelevant nonsense!?
    Why?
So that the rest of the world would laugh at us and see how backward we are!?
Orbit, think about this. I know for sure that you are not a bad person. But you behave very badly on the forum sometimes, for absolutely no reason.
This is not about "millions"... this is about a totally trivial and banal thing.
An outdated metal detector, over 30 years old, which has long ceased to be as interesting as it once was.
I can't say the name of the friend from Turkey who gave me the files back in 2015 because I promised.
In the meantime, the man has serious health problems, he doesn't call often, and I pray for his health and recovery.
    I won't insult you Orbit.
    I won't even threaten you.
    Because it's pointless!
    Especially about such banal things.
I am turning 60 this year.
It would be very shameful if I behaved like that.
And your behavior here on the forum is up to you... but it does not serve your honor.
I apologize for swearing, okay, that's not my manners! But Ivice is not interested in ps 2 at all and absolutely, do you understand? The problem is that the drawing that I sent you and on the basis of which you are making the pcb was drawn by a friend from Turkey, this is what happened: many years ago I cloned a ps 2, and it didn't work for me from the first one, but after opening the second module, I removed the problem and the device worked successfully. You also have on the forum somewhere where I put the first pictures, what happens next, I will write the whole story... Namely, after the unsuccessful cloning, a man named Lena from Poland called me to talk with I exchanged files with him, i.e. I gave him my files, the pcb file, he in return sent me schematics and files for the device that he was selling through Kelico in the USA at the time, otherwise Lena also tried to clone ps 2 and faced the same problem that I had the first time and that's why I sent my files and wrote how to solve the problem, after that he called me from Turkey, who is still a good friend of mine, I can't mention his name because he said he didn't want to even Karl was informed about it by that friend from Turkey also had a problem with the clone, so I sent him my files that were drawn with thinner lines and sent him information about what and how the device should work, he compared his files and mine and modified his files and sent the modified files with thicker lines! And since I wanted you to draw a scheme because I didn't have time at that moment, I delivered those files to you! And that is the whole truth! I asked him, he is also my friend on Facebook and I am in touch with him if he sent you pulse star files, he told me that he never sent you anything?! And according to the drawing, he is not one hundred percent but a million percent sure that it is the file that he was drawing. He even got a little angry when he found out that I gave those files to you. Here, Lena, I think that he is still there. A man from Turkey can personally tell you and prove these facts! Just to be clear, I don't care at all whether you sell or not, etc. It annoys me when a person doesn't tell the truth! Secondly, you are seriously mistaken that I sell something, I used to, I don't sell anything anymore because I have no need to get annoyed with fools who take my time and give me negative energy.

The Pulse Star 2 has no ground balance and would not work well on ore. It would be better to develop the topic of improving the detector in this regard, I suppose, then maybe the discrimination would work in a more correct way. I have not tested its discrimination yet.

And in this picture I marked in yellow the two pin connectors with which the "disc" board is connected.
It's your personal choice which pcb you put the "male" or "female" pin connectors on.
I put "male" on motherboard and "female" on disc board.

Here, I have marked "resistor arrays" in yellow, so that everything is clear to you, so that it does not confuse you.
I don't use "resistor arrays", I use ordinary resistors, placed vertically.

Here are the sorted pcbs, these are the files that I directly use to make the detector.
The first detector I made with a set of all pcbs.
And then I left out the pcbs for the front and back panels.
    I don't make them anymore.
Since then I only make "motherboard" and "disc" board.
And in the last few works I left out the "disc" board.
Although the "disc" board works alright; I left it out of my works because the PS2 serves as a "depth" detector for me,
there is no need for discrimination (which is not reliable enough on greater depths anyway).
"Motherboard_wirements.lay6" file will serve you for the final connection when you use only the mainboard because that pcb is
quite enough for the good operation of the detector.
If you want to test how the "disc" pcb works, just add it from above to the main board.
There are pin connectors and all you have to do is "plug" it into the main pcb.

PCB connections are correct, no error, work immediately without problems.
PCB files only require a little tidying up, not all holes are translated into "through-holes", there are elements that are in the wrong layers, etc.
I guess a friend from Turkey gave me those files during development.
So they just need to be moderated a bit, but the traces, vias, connections are all 100% correct.
Ok, don't worry, I'll give you everything on a platter, arranged...
pay attention to this one detail, these two rectangular parts of the print are there unnecessarily, they need to be joined.

PDF schematics were made on 26/06/2015. and I received them and recorded them on my archive disk on 26/12/2015.
I got them in a fair trade with a friend from Turkey.
Everything else on this topic is empty talk.
    ...

And here is the pcb. You will notice that the comments on the pcb draft are in Turkish.
The date I received the pcb file is 27/12/2015.
(I was convinced it was 2013... now I see it's not)
