Well, the scheme in this topic is that Ivkonik gave you my scheme, I'm the one who drew the scheme.

I've said enough about the missing resistor! Do not ask where it is on the schematic
you shock me. where is the schematic to look? i have just one of the DISC part, but this russian guy made it does always mistakes, i do not trust him.
alhough i give you here a schematic i got from Ivconic.

After a long time I decided to solve the problem that I described here.. I bought a defective module last year and these days with the help of x-rays I finally found what I missed, that is, the engineer probably made a mistake and in order not to do another pcb design he decided to fix the error on the existing pcb. I described the problem, and based on the scheme, the problem can be solved! I've said enough about the missing resistor! Do not ask where it is on the schematic, if the analysis is done well, the engineer can understand the problem! All other snags to make ps 2 work are artificial!Originally posted by Orbit View PostOtherwise it is true that there are two jumpers in the epoxy resin! So it happens that the device when we put all the original components back on the pcb records without the included coil! With the coil on it works normally! The only thing that can be noticed is that the battery indicator needle shows that the battery is not fully charged even though it is full. So I made a scheme to avoid those problems! I intended to solve the problem with the short circuit in a while when I have more time.

Thanks Eduardo. I recently spoke to a guy who had the original Pulse Star 2 and asked him what the depth was. He told me that a 10cm x 10cm PCB with a 1meter x1 meter frame in the air is 1 meter deep.

Hi Algan.
This detector's depth for detecting a coin is very shallow using a 28cm coil. This detector is designed to detect larger objects. You'll need to try a larger coil or a 1mx1m frame. I tested with a 1mx1m frame, and a 0.33cl Coca-Cola can was detected at 80cm. The coil I used wasn't specifically designed for this detector. I don't have any further details yet.

Hello, Eduardo, can you share if you have tested Pulse Star2, for example, a 28 cm coil, a copper plate that measures 10 cm by 10 cm, at what depth it catches? Thank you.Originally posted by eduardo1979 View Posthave had the opportunity to test this detector.
Best regards,
Eduardo.

Does anyone know how to increase the depth of the Pulse Star in my test with a 28 cm coil, for me 1 euro is about 15 cm, which seems a little to me.

Hello, the metal detector had a problem with the IC, it was fixed. Ic lf411 or tl061.

Do you also know what battery this detector uses? Because I bought it without a battery.
