I think you misunderstood detectorist#1 from the very beginning. He simply wanted to give you a few tips on how to improve your project so you could successfully bring it to completion. How can you claim he is making fun of you? The way he writes is perfectly correct English. Perhaps you should use a different translator to get a more accurate translation if English isn't your first language; then you would appreciate his recommendations. We don't know which language you normally speak or write in. For instance, I’ve noticed that Google Translate isn't accurate when translating English into Arabic or Chinese, and it often gets the context wrong. That is something you should always keep in mind when you need a translator.
