Sure it was... back in 1992.
It was sold in Conrad back than in 1991. as kit.

I like the fact that the circuit uses a commonly available quartz to keep the frequency stable and precise.
I think this is nice little circuit to construct.

It's all the bibliography that I have. I can not find more information on the network.What data are missing ?. the coil is a classic for a diameter of 22 cm. 24 wire turns of 0.5 mm. with an inductance of approximately 300 uH.

i like the look of it "impedet" bears further research any other details ? coil data or full parts list as schematic is missing a couple of details and nomenclature is skewed?
