    RC4200

From what I've drawn so far, the RC4200 is used in the target ID function. There are 2 signal paths going into it. I'm guessing it is used to mathematically determine the phase difference between the 2 samples.

    RA4200 ~= RC4200??

    Hello Esteban-

I am not absolutely 100% positive, but I believe RA4200 (Raytheon) is same as RC4200 (Fairchild), and both are no longer manufactured. There are no really close substitutes available that I know of - but somebody with more knowledge than I may be able to find a "close enough" from Analog Devices or maybe Intersil's HA2556.

Find RC4200 datasheet here, I think it is probably same as RA4200, BUT, please don't hold me responsible. Determine for yourself:

    Hi! Merc

I'm Glad to see that you still work on the T-100.
It's a big job! Thanks! I'm haste to see the results.

I have this schematic, handrawing by W.L., maybe. This Toltec 100 is more complicate than other Tesoro. 24 ICs in main board!!! In secondary board, 2 more!!! And you need a couple of 308!!!

Don't sure is prudent to post for to compare with the Merc's version. Also this schematic maybe can helps Merc. For example, this RA4200, what is? Is special IC for Tesoro?

Merc, fine. but a best way is to share up the scanned PCB's sides. much people do speedy the trasing copy using Sprint Layout-5. it has possibility to put an image as some mask. then you not need in the schematic because you get the all PCB image not waste the time. in SL-5 you can also save the result in Gerber file.

    Toltec 100 schematic

Just wanted to let everyone know that I haven't forgotten about the Toltec 100 schematic. I'm almost finished with it and want to check it out really well before I post. Also, I have the manual which I will scan and post.

    Toltec 100 schematic

I just bought a working Toltec 100 off of Ebay. In the next few months I plan on tracing out a diagram myself. Wish me luck.
