I have an interesting idea!
The only "controversial" thing on the pcb is fet 4393, i.e. its pin layout, I put J112.
Another confusing thing is the BC327 whose base goes to the Volume potentiometer.
That BC327 was turned upside down on the pcb by mistake.
I forgot to mention that. I apologize.
Check the pin layout on both transistors.

The PCB drawn by my colleague from the People's Republic of China is verified to be good and error-free.
There remains the possibility that you made a mistake about the value of some component.
Or that you put some "fake" chip.

100% of the components on it are used, removed from scrapped devices. They are 30 years old.
I'm not that frugal and I'm not penniless.

Back to the topic.
The super glue did the job better than I expected.
And what I feared the most; luckily it didn't happen.
And that is for the super glue to penetrate through the self-adhesive paper tape and permanently glue the wire to the plastic.
And coincidentally, it worked out well that the "jig" was 3D printed with PETG because it is much more resistant to pressure and bending than PLA.
I've worked with PLA for a long time and I'm 100% sure that the "jig" would crack in several places and after disassembly I could just throw away the leftover plastic.
PETG proved to be good. The "jig" remained usable and undamaged for the next RX coil.

So far the AI has only proven good enough for me in this:

And then (just kidding, because I knew the final outcome) I started DeepSeek and ChatGPT in parallel and gave them the basic data:
18cm is the diameter of the coil body, the wire is 0.32mm (in my case this is debatable, the wire has multiple layers of varnish and my digital caliper is faulty).
So I gave them range from 0.3mm to 0.4mm to calculate.
110 turns (windings), coil section is 10x11.
And what do you think both AIs calculated?
Ha, ha, ha!
Both gave totally different and absolutely wrong calculations that deviate from reality by more than 50% !!!!!
So much for Ai...
If humanity relies on AI; we have totally failed and are plunging into the abyss!

Everything that is not legalized - is very risky and dangerous to health.
That is why I am in favor of the legalization and strict control of those substances.
Once the state stands behind such things; everything is subject to standards and control.

Someone might think that I am a big fan of "weed" because I am clearly in favor of legalization here.
