the irf9570 inside 7805 damaged . after change it the problem solved.

hi i now assembling one new pcb
when i want to check circuit with guidance after assembly i can not see 17 volt in circuit with 7 poini.
( i cant not see 12 volt in 8pin tl062 and 16pin 4051 and ..... )


plz help me to sole this problem .

The connections are OK, the anode is common, the cathodes goes to the 4094. When the leds should light? When something ferrous / non ferrous is detected?

. My DP3 is working ok, but i don't understant the purpose of the two LEDs connected to the 4094. I have seen on a frontal posted something like "FERROUS" and "NO FERROUS", but by LEDs are always off.
