I am assembling the same Voodoo device. I have a problem with the regulators TP14, there is -5V, and at the output of TP15 +5V there is no voltage out. I don't know the reason. Please, can you help me?

If the +5V supply is missing then the voltage converter is probably not working. Either the Sync pulse from the PIC is not present, or you have a fake LT1054.
