kadir ..where are you fromOriginally posted by kadir6141 View PostAs far as I know, there are bss84, bav99 and bf908 in that entry.
Bss84 are p channel mosfet . 2n7000 n channel .
help me where can I connect the anode/gathod of the diode directly because I lost track ? and I can't remove the paint

The device worked well until I tried a commercial coil I think it is not compatible with the device. Perhaps its resistance is higher than what is required. The device now does not work in normal mode. Waiting for helpOriginally posted by detectormods View PostIf you watch the video i point out the N channel mosfets and the bav99 protection diodes, just remember that SD GP detectors input fets are n channel and then p channel and with gpx the fets are both n channel, my take is that the p channel had too much intrinsic capacitance for the faster switching time for enhance and fine gold. Did you see my video on the floating front end? Gets rid of the board based gate drive with associated noise injection and gate modulation.

This morning the detector worked normally. Now I finished winding a coil of 27 cm. The wire is solid, about 1 mm. It gave a resistance of 0.4 ohm and 320 uh. I am hesitant about trying it on the detector idont know the solid wire work well as litz ?Originally posted by eclipse View PostOnly few people have pocked around the GPX so much that they may be able to help with that. But this sounds serious.

The specs are close but not quite. Litz wire is better for this application. 0.7 ohms, 300uH. Shield is important done right. Spacing between shield and wire, also the coax cable is important ML use litz coax which cannot be bought but you can make it yourself.

Thank you so much mu eliptical 15 *12" coil gave me 0.4 risistance with multimètre and 280uh with lcr t7 it give hight résistance about .7 ohm wich true ? What you suggest for coax ?
