A businessman even with much extra money, would never have bought any machine without testing it in the shop or not to seek assurance, warranty and test procedures by the seller or by the manufacturer. The true businessman always thinks enough before giving money for something and allways tries to insure all adverse circumstances. Otherwise, he soon ceases to be a businessman.
Carl Moreland published LRL test procedure in spring of 2001 as a document in section "Challenge at $10,000". He then increased the challenge of $25,000.
Because Carl does not claim copyright in his work "Standard LRL Test", last month we asked our representatives in the EU "Commission for Consumer Protection" to use it as a platform for creating an official European standard. We don't believe that a Standard for test of detecting equipment will be adopted quickly, but we are sure will be a reality. Then, as happens with the majority of European standards, the whole world will accept it for use.
In last June, Astrodetect asked in the forum:
"Is this an antiamerican campaign now or what ??????"
The answer is: No! There are LRL producers also in Europe. The product in the picture below is made in UK.
An European Standard for LRL Test will be useful even for foolish military leaders Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Thailand who buy LRL for military purposes without using any test procedure.Comment
