  • Detector choice on beach

    Hi all
    I need some recommendations for a best detector to use on beach.
    I prefer detectors with microcontrollers and screen like feleezjoo or picknic4 .
    but I can also build analogs also is pi better or vlf
    waiting suggestions

    Perhaps this "detector" is the best choice for you at the beach. It finds all metallic and non-metallic objects.

    But no display, no micro controller 100% analogue.

    Excuse the joke...
    For an analog detector, I'd recommend the MiniPulse. It's easy to build. Or the Tracker-3. This one has an MC and a display. There's also the Clone PI. I think it also comes with a display. Check eBay. They're often offered there. If that's not an option for you, why not buy a ready-made detector off the shelf? There are so many affordable detectors available.​

          If it's a salt water beach you'll want either PI or multifrequency. PI is the easiest and most prevalent of projects here.
