The interesting thing is that the board works with the antenna 75 turns of 0.6 for the transmitter and 130 -140 of 0.25 adjusted for RX.GEB wonderful and everything is great but when you hang 9.5 "White's antenna and things go wrong.
She leaves ditektno 6.5 kHz but no primer potentiometer can adjust phase, pinpoint cutting non-ferrous metals. Please let someone climb scheme goes en how.

here is a nice simple little calculator for playing with coil values for this project

I thought the Garrett 150 already HAD TID....OH I see, you want one that actually WORKS!!!
    yes you got it

would anybody like to take a guess as to which other brands and models of metal detectors the Vdi module would work with ?
    thanks

    coil-problems

    good evening,
I have problems with the coil. Are the values in the threat to the original coil or to the dd.
would be great if someone could say something more precise about the building. the exact size of one d....etc.

TX wire from 0.70 to 35 laps - 0.587 mH - within 1 mF capacitor
RX wire from 0.15 to 270 laps - 35.6 mH - 0033 mF condenser inside

    regards, marc

i read that burner 5 is ok for the 16F88. I do not know whether the works.
I'm building it when I know more about the coil and the parts I ordered.

    Is he working good?
I was recently wondering, just how much bandwidth is needed for the VDI Unit that Holyuser (I believe it was him, apologies if I am wrong) designed and made? Because if say a PICAXE chip was fast enough, there is no programmer needed, just a serial or USB port cable and its possible to reprogram "in situ" so to say.....so a change of function could even be made in the field provided a laptop was available!!
The PICAXE chips run basic, but up to 40Mhz, so it could be possible, but only Holyuser could say for certain.
The chips are exceedingly cheap and very flexible in usage, anyone needing more info can ask and I will send them a good link to get them started.....By the way, all software and manuals are all totally free to download as the company Revolution Education designed them with financial assistance from the UK Government.....
    Regards
    Andy
