take a fan for hair from your girlfriend and use. i got two, unworking, easely fixed them and they are
keeping in my toilet.

well i feel cheep 9 times out of ten i roll the shaft of my soldering iorn along the shrink rap... othere wise lighter works for me

I use my old super stripper 1200 heat gun.

I just simply and carefully hold the soldering iron close to the shrink wrap. Works for me but I do like all these ideas you guys have. Thanks!
