scale Spule stl to height you want, no infill but with at least two wall lines, or one very solid wall line, and several bottom layer, adjust flow of first layer to 120%
rest is at yours

you can also print one massive form to use it as positive form for vacuum forming

That looks like a toilet seat bolt, check the hardware store.
