i think you snatched off the metallization of -bat pad of terminal block desoldering.

Should i connect -12v with BAT- using insulated wire on bottom of the board?
Or i lay a wire "on Top side of the board" ?

in point 1 delete a 'green varnish' by scalpel getting a contact to copper. just little spot.
set probes on red and 1, then red and 2. you do not have to delete copper layer/trace.

There is sound if i connect -12v with Source of MOSFET.
-12V + MOSFET SOURCE = SOUND
