    You have to connect TX coil to get correct power supply voltages. Did you try it with Tx coil connected?

    Why i not get ussual -6.2v? Only -0.6v
    8v normal
    4024 pin12= 5.5v

    As far as default values, you'll have to check pcb manufacturer website to see what there parameters are in terms of min. and maximum sizes for holes, track width etc. I think deafault values are well within specs.

    The solder mask is the part of the bottom layer(and top layer if this was double sided board) which is covers entire board. What you are seeing is the gerber negative which shows area which will not be covered by mask. Obviously you don't want to mask the places to be soldered. Your files look OK.

    I know now what my Mistake was. I used one gerber file from my barracuda, this was the wrong blue layer.

    Yes because i edited it three times. Your picture looks good. I had the bad result with online gerber viewer. It looks good in sprint layout.

    Do you think i can use the default values for the solder mask?

    Edit: My blue layer is the solder mask.

    The board does have a bottom layer, it's the layer C2 which is green in sprint default, the blue is top layer which this layout does not have.
