Have you ever had any basic electronics training?
have you ever used a scope to repair an electronic device?

Thank you rickb for advice. I will keep you informed about the calibration.

91 hz should not be present anywhere on the board. Either something is very wrong with the board or your scope is malfunctioning or seriously out of calibration. It is up to you to figure out which before you go further.

Most scopes have a 1Khz reference square wave terminal on the front panel. hook a probe to it and set the time-base switch to 1 ms/div. Each full cycle should be 1 major division. If not find out why before going further.

I AM USING ANALOG OSCILOSCOPE. WHAT I MEANTT WAS THAT THE TIME/ DIV KNOB WAS AT 5mS MARK. SEE PICTURE TO FIND THE POINTS WHERE I HAVE CONNECTED CHANNEL 1 AND CHANNEL 2 PROBES.

Thank you yatahaze323 and Tibuck19 for very interesting information. I attached the circuit with my oscilloscope and both Tx and Rx terminals produced wave form. I will post the pictures soon for experts like you to see as to whats going on. Time/Div knob was set at 5mS and both Volts/Div knobs were set at 0.2V AC

it will not beep if there is no coil or make any sound if there is not one connected

Build the TX and RX coils according to the TGSL_101_Part1 that's in the first post. Then hook them up to your TGSL board and test them.

With no tx coil, the oscillator will not run. With no rx coil, the rx circuits have no signal to work with, and the detector will appear dead. Do you have any test equipment? An oscilloscope is needed to make any real progress in this hobby, and with no real electronics knowledge it may be nearly impossible. Every hobby has an entry requirement.

Today I installed both BF245C. Installed all POTS and buttons but no coil yet. No component are heating. No song or tone whatsoever. Multimeter show 5.5V AC/ 2.5V DC at Tx terminals. Whats wrong? Am i in the wrong continent?
