It will take a deep dive into the circuitry to figure this out. Do you have:
    1. A good understanding of how PI operates
    2. An oscilloscope

    Hi Carl,
I tried many things, and the Pulse Scan improved by putting an On-Off switch on the GB and a general GB potentiometer rather than the GEB On-Off Fine (resistance) + Coarse assembly.
On the other hand I still have a "power" problem, it does not take targets at more than 10cm, when I turn the Gain potentiometer I see the slight evolution but nothing more.
    Thanks.

Yes, the "GB OFF Fine" is OFF and the "COARSE GEB" in the mini. For the gain if I increase I see the increase in the distance with my gold alliance, no change on the euro coin. A succinct wiring diagram by hand of my GB.

If I understood correctly, a 19 cm gold ring, a 2 cm euro coin. you may have a problem with the GB.

I think I have a problem but I can't figure out where. With the original 12" Dual Field, I capture Gain at full, no GB, Pulse Delay at the mini, Audible Threshold, Conductivity on All, a 19 cm gold ring (4-5cm less than a real TDI SL I was lent). For a one euro coin, the TDI SL took it at 30cm, my TDI modified at 2 cm (not 20 but 2)...........
pay attention to the gain potentiometer !

Good evening Carl, it's okay, it works. All I need now is to do tests. Thank you again.

    Hi Carl,

I had to leave aside my assembly for personal reasons and I was finally able to resume it, everything seemed to work, I had made a bad assembly on the conductivity switch but I was able to change it.
However, I will have to do tests.

I still have one last problem with the sound.
There is no sound in the speaker, to have sound I have to plug in a headset and I end up with sound in the headphones and the speaker. Why ?

    Thanks.

The connection of the 6.35 female jack to the P2 connector, each pin of the connector corresponds to each "section" of the jack, or is there a particular assembly?
