Most probably bad or counterfeit LM7812. Grab a genuine L7812CV and it will work as it should.

Most likely your 7812 is fake when it draws a current and shuts down. I already had this problem.

Are you using the original .HEX version of Hamid with the counter? Ah reports that the version without the counter is unstable in the field, although I have not noticed a difference between the two versions.

yes i leave air gap in the shield and conect to ground ok, the shield is in the plastic cover then i have a piece of paper and then the coil inside,
but i have the problem before shield the coil.
