HI jose i change all.
i have pulse in TR2 TR3 TR4 TR5. 80US ,150US , 44.5US , 44.5US
well , where is wrong , i measure speaker point and have 0volt and not frequency ?????!!!!!!!!
so if any people help me i can find it.
and i can get in D5 PIN1 AND 7 ,just the sound parts dont work.
if anyone have data about D7 and this point(voltage or freq) more better help

Monandes, I recently had a problem with a DP that suddenly stopped working, and gave off a continuous sound, what I did was nedir a tester in the function "diode" bilateral switches "4066" that are installed, for example 10 and 11, 3 and 4, 8 and 6, 1 and 2, and compare with another which was fine, rersulto that one was habierto, replace it and everything is back to normal.

i change before 9,8 and 3,4 and 13,12
ok i change 10,11 and 1,2
but i am sure my problem not for them ( i change all transistor too )
i change C26 , R43 TO 4.7N ,100KOHM
i change R1 , R7 , R9 ,C1 TO 100K , 8.2K , 6.8K , 22N
i change them for more SENSITIVITY to gold .

WHY don't you get the one that works and the one that doesn't work, place them side-by side, and then sort out the differences with an oscilloscope?
I mean, come on man. Use your brain.

but my first dp2 i make by irf840 so i think my problem in D7A-1 ,D7A-7.
please tell me set point for find the error.all is ok just i have not change in above IC.
if tell me what value i should have in set points more better.

A couple of posts back, I had not considered that IRF840 might be used. I only considered IRF740 when I said 600V diode or better was OK.

Mohandes, the IRF840 data sheet suggests that it zeners at 500V but you are saying you have >600V (greater than 600V) on the flyback. In that case you would better use an FR diode rated for >800V (if you install the FR diode at all).

hi all gurus
i success to make first dp2 ( my pcb from turkey site ) and work very well, then i make another and check all but the sounds part not work,
the timing is ok(4538s)i can see the CHANGE of the T(Period) when return the signal pot and 500k pot , pps and pw is ok i have 600to 650 volt p-p by irf840.
and have lf357-6.
in ref voltage i have 6.7volts
and when i set voice in manual and return the Tune pot D7A-1 ,D7A-7 not change in voltage(have a fixed voltage ) ,and this is my problem
all thing is ok so where is wrong ??the first dp2 work but this is not.

Porkluvr is absoliutely right. please improvement anything beside DP you see around - TGSL and Super TGSL With H Bridge TX Diff RX Quad Sampling.

Nothing would be gained with a driver. The LM556 has plenty of drive capability and is fast enough.

Any 600V (or higher) FR (Fast Recovery) diode should work ok. (For long life, diode must be rated for at least 3~5 amps?)

You could probably remove the diode altogether and not notice much difference.

One possible consequence is that your optimum damping resistance might be lower without the diode than with it. That is not good, but it's not the end of the world.
