look here , it is the same. maybe the problem is in your coil.

I only had the schematic.
The oscillator part was interesting to me so I ran it in the simulator but it didn't work.
Now I'm looking for the correct schematic so I can test it in the simulator software first.
Unfortunately, I don't have the device or the PCB design.
