Large Language Models, most proper term. Sort of AI, yes, smart enough; unfortunatelly no or not yet.
But I figured out one thing, no matter if you delete all the chats you had; "it" still remembers you and your behavior, habits etc.
I asked it if it was true and it answers me yes, conditionally to be loged in, of course.
So, to check this i started to swear and do a lot of bad language between normal chat sentences.
And you know what? "It" adopted it in time! Kinda softer than i did, yet it started to behave more like me!
Initilly first response was expectable, lot of "bla blah blah". But after 2-3 chats like that; it adopted it and never complains!
So... "it" collects and learns from our chats , even if i delete each chat after end of session.
2 week later; it knows me very well (from what i allowed it to learn).
So I'm 100% sure that in the background that language model creates and upgrades the knowledge base for each of us logged in.
And that is nowhere to be seen in the fields that we see. That remains beyond our reach.
As for the usefulness of AI itself, oh yes!
It is useful and becoming more useful every day.
    Cuts my work short!
And I often learn something new from it.
(it should learn from me and not me from it, maybe I'm an AI and it's a human?)
Joke or not, that's what we're going for.
That the border between man and AI is increasingly blurred.

Thank you for all the answers. I know the AI has a lot of wrong answers and for non profesionals it is confused. I wanted to create simple, but strong detector, so I thought I can somehove change it. Seems not

But even that, has anybody built this detector and tested it, how it is strong? I couldnt find it. And also, on the page https://simplemetaldetector.com/cate...etal-detector/ the list of parts and the schematic was wrong with the parts. So I do not know, if I can built it correctly.

Or I will start probably with some good but easy detector with Arduino, which can be better than VINTIK.

      Thank you for your advices.

          Thank you.

And did anybody built the VINTIK? Im just curious how it is working.

I have not built it, but the circuit is similar simple like the PI Polones. On Youtube you can find this video.

Hello, here is a modification of a simple PI metal detector PIRATE on NE556, the sound is very interesting:

                Hi,
do you have a circuit diagram of the 556 dual timer part?

                    Hello Aleks85,

Thanks for the schematic. Now I have another nice PIRATE PI schematic in my collection. I read about a PIRATE PI with FE/non-FE separation in a Russian forum.
Have you heard of it? And do you or your friend have the schematic? Thanks.

Hi guys, I found this page, where is also VINTIK V3

                      https://www.mastervintik.ru/impulsny...ntik-pi-ver-2/

For beginners I think will be perfect.

                        Hi,

the Vintik V3 is a simplified version of the Version 2. The performance should be the same.

No, I haven't seen a PIRAT circuit with metal type discrimination, but I know some people have built a DD sensor and connected it to the PIRAT, and even got "discrimination"... but that's not the circuit for such experiments.
The PIRATE is the simplest pulse metal detector, and that's it. There are many other circuits. If you want a good metal detector, go with the Anker 50M, but you'll have to tinker with the setup; it's not that simple.
Here is the author's video about PIRAT from Vlad :

Hi guys, Im trying to open the file with lay6 extension, where is the Vintik PCB, but I have only KiCad. Does anybody program for lay6, and can help me to transfer it to PDF, or something? Thank you in advance. The file is on

Hi, here are the programs that every radio amateur should have at a minimum:
                              https://disk.yandex.ru/d/ZnQseNWp_ApgfQ
They're all in Russian, but I hope it won't be a problem to find an English version...
