Well, at this point in time we should all think as we are all Europeans. The concept of borders is wrong and let to so many bloody wars. Its just politically motivated to give the sense of (national integrity and souveranity) and to create the political environment for a "solely" themselves system (power & bureaucracy). Nobody cares about the people and once the idea of "One Single Government" is proposed all those Oligarchic-Politicians jump like they catched fire full of sudden nationalist drive. The newest Eu-Roma treaty calls for a new European court and prosecutors for the ones who "miss use the Eu funds & most probably judged for corruption" Now lets see them all jump up and call..scream out loud for "not losing traditions and nationality". Traditions and nationality, identity will not be lost, lets look a bit at US, Queens NY par example. So no worries there... I lived there 13 years Want some Cuban nationality? Lets drive to Miami!

There are ethnic clean and mixed too villages from both sides of borders where people are living on their way and respecting own national values, culture and heritage and yet totally respecting the laws and regulations of host country.
Which is probably the best example how things should be settled and done. There is very wide connection between those tho nations.
Of course, things can always be better. But generally, considering other relations in region; this is probably the best possible example. Through whole written history.
Generally, the borders are overcome category and should not exist. Because all the nations in region are very similar, sharing similar values and living similar lives.
And borders are here only to interfere and to slow down normal living and normal functioning.
The flow of goods, money and jobs is difficult and complicated because of the borders.
I think that in modern world there should not be borders, only "bridges".

The whole south western side of Romania is Banat and Oltenia, in Banat region the music is mixture of Serbian and Romanian. We can even trace our "port" traditional wear motifs as look alike Serbian Romanian Bulgarian. Don"t want to get into details but as an example wile i drive my father say : search the radio for an Serbian channel so we listen some Serbian music. Once in a wile i admit we feel the need to listen that particular type of music because we grew up with it and even with Serbian TV. Many common Serbian names too such Popovici, Ivanovici etc etc.
Anyways i feel we hijacked the topic lol... So back to the metal detecting business...just to mix it up a bit lol.
Is there a source code in reference to VLF PI systems that we can work with? I was thinking of the particular things such GB script, Pinpointing script and so on (looks like all detectors have same type of programming doing same thing and looking and sounding alike a lot ). Maybe a good idea as having such a "base" is to develop some project using DSP digital signal processing...using algorithms and such. Main idea is to have as i said blocks of script on work on building on it trough an "Universal Board" dedicated separately for VLF and Pi. I think this way we can do an amazing progress. I am thinking of a section such they do in IT development "they gather all together and work on a project" , hacking, security, gaming etc...
just dont know if this could be possible but this is the way i see it...
Ps: looks like the md community is stuck on schematics of the 90"s...maybe is time for a project as team work? everyone nowadays talks about AI, maybe todays technology can help us w a break trough project.
