Shaft Connector

This connector is for joining a 21mm OD carbon fibre tube to a 24mm OD carbon fibre tube to make them telescopic.
If any one has a better solution please post.

Here are the various parts for a shaft connector. The small clip on the block attaches to the hinge pin on the arm. I used a cut off nail for the pin.
I have sent them as sketches so that you can easily manipulate them to suit your own requirements

Give me a few days to get all the files together, and ill upload STL files for a 6 8 10 and 12 inch coil that most can print on a 200x200 build plate, You ll need to print in abs so you can put all the parts together with acetone and sand it down and wipe with acetone to make it look good, they art only for mono loops though. here a few sample photos of the coils nearly or in some cases finished.
