    Thanks.

Well, I don't think, that any of the forum-trolls can deliver a proof or a scientific explanation, why the spider wound coil will outperform any ML coil. I think, that this isn't really trivial and even beyond the scope of all the coil gurus (even Mr. Candy's *LOL*).
Oh yeah, I'm not that smart as well. I have to ask my -- ooops, I meant BW's -- magnificient coil software.
But my "gut feeling" can explain it.

We are still waiting for YOUR RECOMMENDED COIL TESTING PROTOCOL.ie what test's should be done, why they should be done and the best way of doing them and how the test results should be interpreted with regard to other coils. Come on it should be easy for you and will be of interest to many members here!

NOW PLEASE STICK TO THE TOPIC AND POST YOUR RECOMMENDED COIL TESTING PROTOCOL OR PROVE MY CLAIMS TO BE WRONG! ie put up or shut up! You CANNOT produce anything to show any of my claims are false! PS talk with some people that know me and they will tell you that i was a close friend of JS and even helped him in the shed with coils and we shared a lot of info (including the identity of some forum posters!), quite a few reds and beers whenever I stayed in the park!

By the way, considering you are making this outlandish claim that the JS spider weave coil was/is "far superior to any commercial coil", it falls to you to justify your claims. It is obvious you will continue on with your childish rhetoric, as you cannot provide any test results that demonstrate this coil to be any better than many commercially available coils of the same size.

Its no good being critical of a testing protocol unless YOU are prepared to put forward your suggestions and how the testing protocol may best be implemented! I await YOUR testing protocol with baited breath!

Doug, you are the one making the statement that the JS spider wound coil is "far superior to any commercial coil" so it is you who need to justify your statement by detailing your testing protocols and results.

At the end of the day, Doug, are you trying to tell us that JS only ever used spider wound coils after building a couple?
