    Hi ivconic

i known this is a old post, but you have 2 different charts here showing for the length of time that the Deus battery lasts on the coil, hand control etc. can you tell me please which chart are you meant to go of as you don't say why there is two different charts put up in a row.
why i ask is i am trying to work out how well the battery is doing in my second-hand 13"x11" coil that i resonantly bought.
    thanks in advance.

    Certainly not.
I guess there are several reasons.
First one is huge fire that destroyed several thousand units or so... great damage (maybe caused exactly by ML mercenaries?... anything possible in neoliberal capitalism folks!)
Next good reason is sudden deal with Middle East dealer&trader for 100 000 customized units! (pushed ML completely out of market there)
Must be other similar reasons more.
    I am expecting it soon.

It's a huge pile of neoliberal capitalistic BS.
What is older; chicken or egg?
It was the Nordic that made NRF24L01 chips and communication protocols for it.
Literally ALL wireless keyboards&mice are using it to pair with host computer and establish data transfer.
In late also there are numerous remote controls&air mice working on exactly the same principle.
Why the heck ML is not suing them? Why not suing Nordic!
What is older; chicken or egg? Who made what first?
It is the Nordic who made it first and holding all the rights!
And who invented wireless transmission? Nikola Tesla. Than he should walk out of his grave and file a lot of lawsuits!
    BS! BS! BS!
Above all; Alain Loube wrote me a email and explanation that they were forced to write completely new protocol for NRF, because of the known latency issues in such transmission.
I got that email 4-5 years ago. Much older than ML ever think on filing any patent or lawsuit.
There are lot of online witness. Old times has passed long time ago. Now there is Internet with it's "history". Quite valid for courts.
If CIA can use Internet to chase terrorists ; than i can't see any reason against it's civil use on regular courts.
What makes ML waiting all that time to file a lawsuit? BS!
XP can only patent and protect the PROTOCOL, the CUSTOM PROTOCOL! And that's about enough to be safe from such attempts as ML's is.
    BS!
In my language there is old saying; "you can only spit under my window... and that's about all you can do"...
    Shorter meaning is: "middle finger"!!!
In this case is middle finger right into ML's face!
Is there any smiley for middle finger around?

The ML patent basically covers the transmission of user parameters via wired/wireless. Wireless headphones would not infringe, providing the headphones don't transmit any parametric data to/from the detector. Ironically, the White's headphones do. I haven't seen the new XP patent concerning the...

Seems those fire rumors from spring were true...
Ok, if that was the only reason; i am ready to understand and support them.

You are absolutely right. But maybe this "little" steps in development from XP will lead to a "big" new concept in future. We will wait and see.

Agree, but only as long as it does not crush over our (the customers) heads!

But i guess that's the price what mostly dedicated users will pay.
It is an "exclusive" thing, something not necessary at all; yet desirable for some users.
And i bet; that's what they in XP counted on at the first place; the "exclusivity" and "prestige".
Stupid ... yes. Will earn some money for XP... yes.
The very same situation with other things in life. Some product lines are more like "status symbol" than something which we can call necessary.
(similar case which comes to my mind is iPhone. Phone is phone, any decent Android based phone will do the job the same and even better; yet iPhone is "status symbol" and "must have" in brains of majority...)
Although we must agree; they involved honest effort to make it desirable enough, having in mind all the features.
Pretty unique and genuine idea; to make pinpointer like that with all it's features.
I am also more interested in coils and their features and performances.

I don´t know if it is good to have a overpriced pinpointer with the only advantage that it is coupled to the deus. Every other seperat pinpointer would do the job also. The coils are interesting.
