So, if you decide to go troubleshooting your dead Deltapulse, don't you want to have all possible troubleshooting aids at your disposal?

    Well?

    Good hunting!

edit: If you can't find the correct trace diagram you can still turn the board over and look at the bottom as you chase different signals for troubleshooting. But, it is a little easier if you have the picture to look at. Less gray hair is generated.

It's just a single layer board so it shouldn't be too hard to find the problem. Even though my picture is not exactly right it might be better than nothing.
    Hi
thanks for help, i am trying to find where is the problem, but it is a little bit hard to me
but i am going ahead, i can find one capaciror that was damaged, i am trying to find others.
    best regards my friend

If I understood your first post correctly, you should stop thinking about
replacing parts and instead start tracing wires on your PCB.

Get out your schematic diagram, look at where you have +E and -E and where you don't, and then narrow down the defect.

If you have a PCB trace diagram showing traces and jumper placement, that would be helpful in tracing the power loss.

    Is this the right one?
    Hi
no, my first delta is what you uploaded, that work just fine, but my second delta that i have some problem is this:

Whip out your multimeter, PCB layout and schematic diagrams, magnifying glass, and use your eyes!
    Hi porkluvr
there is not any bad solder conection but may be some broken or burned, this is my problem that how find them? may be i must change all 1n4148 and test again.
ok, i am going to solve my problem, but please don't leave me alone.
    best regards

yes, i read that, and i read all of this thered, only one question; how i can test transistors and diods and capacitors on board with multimeter? and i must change all of the ICs or not?

as you said , you are beginner in electronic circuits ,delta pulse is complex project .
replace irf840 , add series fast fuse 500 ma with battery . coil DC resistance must be not lower than 3 ohm . without oscilloscope repairer not easy . I hope you haven’t other problems with delta pulse .
thanks a lot dear aft, i will do what you say, and i will post the result.
    many thanks

this is my second delta and firs one work well. my electronic not so good so please help me to solve my problem. any info will be great help for me.

    Hello Didarpm
Pulse Delta was not designed to detect gold nuggets. You can experiment with fast driving coils and decrease the delay time to improve the detection of coins.
There is much information in the forum as coils and decrease the delay time in the DP.
    regards

    nice work kt315

i was think that the voltage between E+ and E- should be so stable and requlated

and i was think to make circuit that provide -10.6 by 555 TIMER AND voltgae multipler

    and requlator

so if battery fall from 12.5 to even 11.6 volts this -10.6 still stable

because 555 timer can be used give -20 volts from 12 volts and then we regulated -20 to -10.6

i copy this idea from pulse star power supply circuit

    pulse star use requlated power
    i will post schematic soon

    i have question

my question to any one have scope to see if there is noise from LM556 in the e+ and e-

    and ground?
