i thought we needed 220nf

i have 2 (6v 4amp battery) put them in series well give 12v 4amp (is that ok?)
any idea on how to test the speaker and make sure it's working?! (just put it on the battery?)

224k market value and equal to 220nf, Just as the meter readers 220.2nf .
221k market value and equal to 220pf.
