    Nice project! Thanks for posting.

What proton-rich liquid did you find best for your sensor?

Gerber files does not contain element descriptions or outlines. The lay6 file contains element outlines, but it's unclear which element it is, for example, R5 or R8. There are no letter symbols. Do you have a drawing or file that would solve this problem?

I found this project interesting, so I decided to do it. It's not easy because, as I mentioned, there's no component layout, which is a bit tricky with SMD. I tried to create my own board layout, but I'm still missing a few components. I'm leaving out the resonant capacitors and the 220uF electrolytic capacitors. Can someone help?

Sorry for the long break. War. These are fuse bits in the Avreal programmer. https://real.kyiv.ua/avreal/
According to the description of this Avreal programmer, you can configure the fuse bits in another programmer.

                          c:\avreal\avreal32-1.29r1 -p1 +mega1284P -%% -o16000 -ab -5 -fJTAGEN=1,EESAVE=0,SUT=2,CKSEL=7,BLEV=1,BOOTRST=0, BLB1=1,BLB0=1,OCDEN=0,BOOTSZ=2,CKDIV8=1 -v -w
                          pause

If you open a lay6 file in the Sprint Layout program, then when you hover over an element, the name of that element will appear.

I don't know. I've never worked with PonyProg. I need to figure it out. Figure it out yourself. I have other things to do right now.
